| A very scary bridge between Charleston and Savannah...a double bascule, one side was broken so we had to weave our way through with a 3 knot current and a 60 foot mast. Marc commented to the bridge tender after we passed through..."thank you very much for the opening bridge tender but I have to tell you...that was NOT fun! |

| Yep....that's us. Spent the day on shore waiting for the tide to rise. Not a happy day, but we were floating free by 3 PM. Few days do I ever wish I was back at work, but this was one of them! |

So those are some of our photos from December. We hope that after the new year we will be finally be able to post photos from the Bahamas! We are headed to Stuart, Florida in the next few days and plan on being there for a few weeks to provision for the trip across and to visit Marc's mom in Lantana. We are meeting up with our good Maine friends Bob and Diane Deans in Stuart and hope to make the crossing to Bahamas with them in early January. We are having a great trip, but are missing friends and family so much at this time of year. Wishing you all many blessings and happy holidays!
